I write with intent.

Most leaders know what they want to say but not how to say it. I ask the right questions, listen closely, and find what's being overlooked.

I write to connect.

Curiosity drives everything I do. It's taken me from covering presidential elections to documenting pediatric cancer care in Ethiopia. I'm most fulfilled when I'm diving into a new topic, listening, researching, and asking better questions. That's where I find the story.

  • Journalism taught me how to walk into any topic with a blank slate and come out knowing what matters and how to explain it clearly.

  • I work with clients in healthcare, pharma, tech, and mission-driven spaces. Some projects are deeply technical, others more brand-focused, but all of them come down to finding the right message to say, and saying it well.

  • When I’m not writing, I’m probably rock climbing or out on a run. But honestly, even then, I usually catch myself thinking about the sentence I just sent a client or the white paper that still needs to be designed.
