I write with intent.
I’m drawn to work that involves shaping narrative. I help brands find the right words and make sure those words reach the people they’re meant for.
Most teams I work with know what they want to say but not how to say it. I ask insightful questions, listen closely, and pull out what’s often overlooked. Whether I’m interviewing a founder, shaping a brand’s voice, or digging through research, I look for what feels specific and unique, and build from there.
I write to connect.
Curiosity drives almost everything I do. It’s taken me from covering presidential elections to documenting pediatric cancer care in Ethiopia.
I’m most fulfilled when I’m diving into a new topic. Listening. Researching. Asking better questions. That’s where I find the story.

Journalism taught me how to walk into any topic with a blank slate and come out knowing what matters and how to explain it clearly.

I work with clients in healthcare, pharma, tech, and mission-driven spaces. Some projects are deeply technical, others more brand-focused, but all of them come down to finding the right message to say, and saying it well.

When I’m not writing, I’m probably rock climbing or out on a run. But honestly, even then, I usually catch myself thinking about the sentence I just sent a client or the white paper that still needs to be designed.
